Have had such a busy day!! Work this morning, and more photography and cooking for the website this afternoon... Just enough time to enjoy the last hour of sunshine. Here's a small selection of our lovely delicatessen range - continental salamis, prosciutto hams, olives and patés, and our own homemade pork pies and scotch eggs.
I'm cooking a lovely gammon for dinner tonight: soaked in Suffolk Aspyll's cider then roasted with glaze at the end - recipe to come soon!
